Bu politika, KeremReef uygulaması ve app.keremreef.com adresindeki araçlar için geçerlidir. Uygulama; balık ansiklopedisi, akvaryum hesaplayıcı ve su parametresi takibi sunar.
Özet: Uygulamayı hesap açmadan kullanabilirsin ve bu durumda hiçbir verin bize ulaşmaz. Yalnızca kayıtlarını cihazlar arasında senkronlamak istersen Google ile giriş yaparsın. Reklam göstermiyoruz, üçüncü taraf takip araçları kullanmıyoruz ve verilerini satmıyoruz.
1. Giriş yapmazsan: Hiçbir kişisel veri toplanmaz. Girdiğin ölçümler, referans aralıkların, dil ve birim tercihlerin yalnızca kendi cihazının tarayıcı hafızasında (localStorage) saklanır. Bu veriler bize gönderilmez.
2. Google ile giriş yaparsan: Bulut senkronizasyonunu açtığında Google hesabınla kimlik doğrulaması yapılır. Bu durumda işlenen veriler:
Toplanan veriler yalnızca şu amaçlarla kullanılır: hesabını tanımak, kaydettiğin ölçümleri saklamak ve farklı cihazlarında aynı verilere ulaşmanı sağlamak. Bu veriler pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz, reklam için işlenmez ve üçüncü taraflara satılmaz.
Kimlik doğrulama ve veri saklama işlemleri, altyapı sağlayıcısı olarak Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication ve Cloud Firestore) üzerinde yürütülür. Verilerin, sen silmeyi talep edene kadar saklanır. Hesabının ve tüm verilerinin silinmesini istersen kerem@keremreef.com adresine yazman yeterlidir; talebin en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alınır ve verilerin kalıcı olarak silinir. Cihazında saklanan verileri ise tarayıcı verilerini temizleyerek kendin silebilirsin.
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılara yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaş grubundan veri toplamayız.
Uygulamadaki tür bilgileri, hesaplamalar ve öneriler genel bilgilendirme amaçlıdır ve veterinerlik ya da uzmanlık tavsiyesi yerine geçmez. Canlı alımı ve bakımı konusundaki kararların sorumluluğu kullanıcıya aittir.
Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncellenen sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yukarıdaki tarih değiştirilir.

This policy applies to the KeremReef app and the tools at app.keremreef.com. The app provides a fish encyclopedia, an aquarium calculator and a water parameter tracker.
Summary: You can use the app without creating an account, and in that case none of your data reaches us. You only sign in with Google if you want to sync your records across devices. We show no ads, use no third-party tracking tools and do not sell your data.
1. If you do not sign in: No personal data is collected. Your readings, reference ranges, language and unit preferences are stored only in your own device's browser storage (localStorage). This data is not sent to us.
2. If you sign in with Google: When you enable cloud sync, you are authenticated with your Google account. The data processed in that case is:
Collected data is used only to identify your account, store the readings you save and let you access the same data on your different devices. It is not used for marketing, not processed for advertising and not sold to third parties.
Authentication and data storage run on Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore) as the infrastructure provider. Data is hosted on Google's servers and protected so that only your own account can access it. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
Your data is kept until you request its deletion. If you want your account and all of your data deleted, simply email kerem@keremreef.com; your request will be processed within 30 days at the latest and your data permanently deleted. You can delete the data stored on your device yourself by clearing your browser data.
The app is not directed at users under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from that age group.
The species information, calculations and suggestions in the app are for general guidance only and do not replace veterinary or professional advice. Decisions about purchasing and caring for livestock remain the responsibility of the user.
This policy may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page and the date above will be changed.
